I’d say dump the scale looks , get on the phone with Tam about a new exhaust nozzle with at least 55 inner diameter exits , and adjust the openings on the fuselage sides to fit the larger pipe .

No matter what size of a turbine is installed above a 100 max 120 thrust the extra thrust is converted into heat ! That is due to the very small diameter exhaust exits.. 45mm inner diameter . ...

May I ask what is the distance between the turbines exhaust nozzle and the thrust tube ? As it seems to me you’re set up too far from each other .

No crow needed , just drop flaps to T/O when flying slow ..
at 40lb wet , it’ll fly off grass field with a longer takeoff run with a 100 N turbine that’s all , the minute it picks up the speed it...

Nice flight , make sure you got the spoilers and flaps deployed on landing circuit next time . It'll come in steeper without gaining to much speed still fully controllable .

You are probably right . the flap horns should be straight polyply pieces at about an inch long .Same thickness as the horn shown in your picture.
