Have you done any experiments with adding glow driver heat? If your idle improves then a hotter plug may be in order. Ithink you may find them at Merlin Plugs but Iam not certain what his heat range...

I would use an APC 6x3 on the .061. If you need any different glow plugs just check Merlin glow plugs online, he sells a "1/2A drop in" that will fit and it is very inexpensive.

What is the cylinder coating? It is described as a ceramic coating on the web site. My guess is it is titanium nitride, this being described as a ceramic coating. I have to wonder why it is not more...
