Sorry, the extra "X" is misplaced. It was a late night with tired eyes.

Only one servo needed to drive the larger primary rudder and it's swing will cause the smaller secondary rudder linkage...

Glad you got the gist of it all.  Moving the distances away from the hinge centerlines can increas or decrease the amount of throws.  I'd suspect the lower the rudder/fin the better.  Maybe just...
