the air fill valve is between the tank and the control valve. so air is suppose to go direct into the tank, but with the small amount of opening which is about 1/32 or less is not much opening to get...

i have a air pressure guage on it. thought maybe that was bad. but check with anothe system and it works fine. i know these tees are small and could cause problems. put can put air direct thru them...

i have a couple of freon cans laying around. going to solder and air vale into one of them and a nipple to run the air lines to and see if that will work. will let you know.
