The problem is probably that the ad needs to be moderated and hasn't been yet. We're working on fixing this issue to make sure that threads that need moderation do not end up in the marketplace.

The attachments are now gone, pictures are just embedded in the actual post now.

You can disable infinite scroll. Go into your User CP > Edit Options > and scroll down to "Thread Display Options"...
