RARE-Ziroli/Crooks P38 114" composite/balsa/retracts/plug wings--partially built
Ultra Rare--probably only 1 left in world. Ziroli/Dennis Crooks collaboration of 114" P38. Has Robart retracts installed. Booms, nacheles, main wing body are fiberglass as are all retracts hatches. Wing and control surfaces are balsa and have been expertly built. Includes canopy, cockpit kit and tons of documentation sources. Plane would fly on 2 Zenoah G62s or DLE equivalent. Can even fly it electric if you want. This is a complete partially build kit with nothing missing. I think kit is 20 years old. Local pick up and serious inquiries only please. Call 858-663-8983. I think you mean Dennis Crooks.... he built a number of them... saw him race one down in Galveston Tx a number of years ago, and I think one of his won a bunch of scale competitions until he retired it.
Anyway... good luck with it... if it wasnt so far away I would be interested.
